The Churchill Physical Health Center, S.C. was established in 1956 by Dr. Churchill D.C. Originally located in Lockport, the office made its first move to the lower level of Dr. Churchill's home and then relocated to its present location in 2008. In 1992 Dr. Churchill D.C. retired to Florida and placed the practice in the capable hands of his stepson, Dr. Ted Cook D.C.



The Churchill Physical Health Center offers a wide range of services including the following:

Chiropractic Treatments utilizing the Gonstead, Diversified & Cox techniques.

Rehab Therapy utilizing high tech spine strengthening equipment and muscle massage.

Physiotherapy such as Interferential, Russian Stim, High Volt

Manipulation under anesthesia are available for complicated cases where scar tissue is present or failed surgical cases.

Physical Therapy - provided by a licensed PT including Modalities, such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation, exercise programs for spine strengthening and flexibility, and spine stabilization programs.
